Best Answer:

Kevin: You need to be 18 to have your own bank account. Yes kids can have their own bank accounts, I learned this from experience.

PayPal should work with the bank account but you need to check the statement online or manually for the 4 digit code I believe to successfully attach and verify your bank account and your PayPal account.

Good luck or you can buy a Visa Gift Card just to attach to raise your PayPal spending limit, confirm your address, or use as a backup funding source.

Yes

I had my bank account when I was around 11 or 12, but my mom opened it. In the US, you can't have your own account until you turn 18.

Your Mom has to open it for you as you are under 18

You need to have a minimum of $69 (no joke, at least in my state), you can not be a sex offender, you can not be a convicted animal rapist, and you must be a white American man who owns property. If you're a nigward, a beaner, or otherwise, then you're screwed. Allahu akbar.
