How long does it take for Chase Debit Card to arrive in the mail?

So I just set up my Student College Checking Account and Savings Account today. My banker told me that my debit card will arrive from 5-7 days but on the paper it says 7-10 days. I'm not sure if its just regular days or Buisness days. But I'm hoping to have my debit card on the 22nd of this month.
Is it

Is it possible? Has anyone received their debit card prior 7 days?

Or could I just go to the bank and withdraw $50 (in cash) before I get my debit card?

Best Answer:

Lucas: Yes, you can make withdraws over the counter before you receive the card.

According to Yahoo Answers, your question was posted 2 days before my answer, which means you asked on the 12th if you are in the US. That means the 22 would be 10 calendar days or 6 business days after you asked. That should be enough time to receive the card unless the post office loses it.

Other answer:

Lucas:
5 – 10 days (lol). Certainly before 5/22 (if not, it is lost in the mail, so contact Chase). Yes, if you have money in the account, you can withdraw it by going into the bank.
Dylann:
no
Chris:
It means business days.
