Best Answer:

Jackson: They do not limit withdrawls on your account. They limit ATM withdrawls. Anything more they want to verify your identity. If someone got a hold of your card and pin you would be thanking them for this policy as opposed questioning it.

Jackson:
They limit everybody for your protection so that if someone approaches you with a gun to your back, you can only take out a little. Had you had $30,000 in the account and the bank did not limit you, the robber would have gotten the entire $30,000. If you need the limit raised for one particular purchase, just go in and ask them to raise it for one purchase you intend to make. The bank will be very co-operative about it.
Steven S:
If someone gained access to your card and PIN they would not be able to wipe you out. On large transactions they can ask for an ID.
Wes: i dont give thumbs down:
for your protection and what you have set up. it is so that if anyone besides you gets your card or information they can take out all your money. If you want to change it, talk to your bank about getting it done.
